Bashir Yassin (She/Her)

Identity: Transgender Woman, Lesbian, Demonkind
A cheery young demonkind woman adorned in golden accessories and purple cloth that sparkles cosmic patterns in the light. The golden accessories are made of enchanted metals, which can be morphed into different conformations depending on her will. Bashir aspires to study the magical arts and become a great sorcerer. She exhibits great skill for her age, but her lack of mentorship and performance anxiety are great hurdles. In her adolescence, her gender transition had ostracized from her community. Family wise, her father had grown to respect her transition, but her mother and especially brother were bitter and hostile. This pushed Bashir to establish a new life for herself. Despite the hardships she has endured, one can not meet a more optimistic and kind friend in their lifetime. She is also an avid enthusiast of pop-culture. In particular, she is drawn to comics, sitcoms, and tokusatsu. Bashir can be described as a true enthusiast, meaning her recommendations always make for an entertaining romp.
Bonne Bovardi (They/Them)

Identity: Non-Binary, Modified Human, “Rivasexual” (For Bonne, the only person in their life to illicit any feeling of romantic or sexual interest is Riva. Even if Riva was male or any other identity, Bonne would still be attracted to them regardless.)
Disabilities: Neurodivergent, Dyslexia, and others. (Bonne requested to keep those private.)
Often they can be described as off-putting or stoic by laypeople. But in truth, Bonne is an extremely emotional and vibrant individual, they merely express emotions differently and more subtly. Bonne is also a gifted mechanic and tinkerer. They are also fluent in over 25 languages. Their recent more “blue” and fierce appearance was due to a traumatic incident. As a young child, Bonne was subjected to grave experiments to augment their body into a living biological weapon. The experiment was successful, granting them strange abilities not exhibited even by demonkind. Bonne’s greatest failing may be that they care so deeply about the well-being of others, but disregards the value of their own life, which has been the root of a macabre history of self-harm. Nethertheless, Bonne is a deeply loving friend and lover, which can be corroborated by their girlfriend Riva. Funnily enough, between those two, Bonne is often the dominant one in the relationship. They are never seen without their green scarf, which was originally a sash worn by Riva. Bonne likes to watch nature documentaries and old black and white classics.
Morana Lebedev (She/Her)
Age: 19 Birthday: 6/26 Height: 5’7

Identity: Lesbian, Cyborg
A pragmatist with a chip on her shoulder and a smart mouth. In the past, she was a mercenary for hire, who somehow ended up being experimented on and becoming a cyborg. Morana’s cybernetic implants allow her to send and receive radio frequencies, maneuver at inhuman speeds, generate energy blasts, and much more. She has a flair for mechanics, preferring to work on vehicles like her motorbike. Due to being brainwashed for a number of years, she has trouble recollecting certain things. But she would admit that there are many things in her life that she would rather not remember. Morana feels a great sense of appreciation for Bashir, since she was the one who freed her from mind control. Others in the group have noticed that Morana may go beyond just reciprocity. Because of her morbid past, Morana in the present values freedom over anything else. It is why she can often be a tad much to hang around, with her excessive snark and rugged individualism. But deep down, Morana values her friends on an unexpected level, and you could not meet a more loyal ally. She wears a red cloak, something she was fond of from her previous life. Lastly, she secretly is a bit of a nerd, enjoying esoteric and obscure jrpgs.
Riva Jones (She/Her)
Age: 24 Birthday: 6/8 Height: 6’4
Birthplace: From her recollection, Illinois Nationality: African American, Guatemalan
Identity: Bisexual, Mixed Demonkind and Human
Despite recently nearly dying and losing her left arm, you’ll never meet a gal with as much spunk and vivacity as her. She was abandoned by her parents, and left to survive in the wild. Yet, was adopted by a kindly priest, where she found new family. Riva can sometimes be burdened with the label of being a meat-head or brute. Yet, she is an avid student of anthropology, history and literature. Her dream is to one day to achieve a doctoral degree, and to publish a great book or study of her own. While the Riva of the present is an effervescent individual, she battled many demons. Namely, the murder of her father, which had pushed her on a destructive and even suicidal path of violence. A certain blue someone had been the one to help her push forward. Riva is prideful on being the rock for her friends. But secretly, Bonne is the Atlas that keeps her world up. You’ll never see her without her cross necklace, a memento from both her father and brother, and her blue bow, a gift given from Bonne around the time they confessed their affection for one another. Riva is more of a bookish/historical nerd, but she enjoys anything as long as it is well written or executed.
A brief overview of the differences of her two forms.
On the left, Riva’s human side shows more. She has what is described as “horn hair,” where the hair is incredibly dense, and loaded with keratin. It is incredibly hard to style. She is also stronger and more durable, being able to lift and dish out punishment that shocks even the most ardent foes. Her sense of smell and taste are stronger in this form.
On the right, Riva’s demonkind side shows more. She sports regular horns, her sclera turns yellow, she is adorned with pink demonkind markings, she sports fur over some of her body, and now has a prehensile tail and claws. In this form, all of Riva’s strength goes to her legs, and her center of mass shifts due to her tail. She is more acrobatic and agile, but is overall more fragile. Her sense of touch is enhanced due to her extra hair, in additon to hearing and sight.
